The public hearing is to solicit input on a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone 29.5168 acres located at Norgal Avenue, parcels 1211400024, 1211400023, & 1211400037 from Light Industrial (I-1) to Light Industrial PUD (I-1 PUD).
