PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider Case BZA 26-0007. The application was submitted by Christopher Allen, on behalf of Hopeland Church, and pertains to the property located at 6025 Miller Lane in the City of Vandalia. The case involves the following requests for variances to the requirements of the Vandalia Zoning Code: Section 1224.01, Table 1224-2: Accessory Structure (Playground/Playset) located in the front yard in the HB - Highway Business District. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive.
