PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to consider Case BZA 26-0008, an application to exceed the maximum number of curb cuts for a parcel or parcels in the Office / Industrial Park (O/IP) District as set forth by Section 1234.03(d)(1) of the Zoning Code of the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The application was submitted by Tenby Partners, and relates to property located at 1670 Fieldstone Way. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The City of Vandalia is committed to transparency and open meetings and will live broadcast this meeting for viewing purposes only via the Zoom app. Please note, no comments, electronic or oral, will be allowed by people while participating electronically through Zoom. Zoom attendees may request log in information by calling the Development & Engineering Services (DES) Department at 937-898-3750.
