PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to consider Case BZA 25-0008. This case involves a variance request to have a six-foot fence in Zone A as outlined in Section 1224.01(e)(9)(D)(iii) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The appeal was submitted by Wesley Coehick pertaining to the property located at 775 Cassel Creek Drive in the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The meeting will take place in the Council Chambers at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The City of Vandalia is committed to transparency and open meetings and will live broadcast this meeting for viewing purposes only via the Zoom app. Please note, no comments, electronic or oral, will be allowed by people while participating electronically through Zoom.
