PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will hold a public meeting to review Case PC 26-0005, an application requesting subdivision approval for the Griffins Reserve subdivision. The request involves one parcel totaling 8.4110 acres +/- located at 1280 South Dixie Drive in the City of Vandalia. If approved, the existing parcels would be divided into fourteen (14) new single-family residential parcels totaling 7.3303 acres, with an additional 1.0807 acres being dedicated as public right-of-way. The application was submitted by Haley-Dusa Engineering on behalf of Griffins Reserve, LLC. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, July 28th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., and will be held in the Council Chambers of the Vandalia Municipal Building located at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. This meeting will contain a public hearing, and any interested members of the public may participate in said hearing. Members of the public unable to attend may submit letters, statements, documents, or other evidence for consideration by the Commission. Submitted items may be sent to permits@vandaliaohio.org, and must be received by 5:00 p.m. on July 27th, 2026. All such submittals are Public Record.
