PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE The City of Vandalia Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider Case PC 26-0001, an application for a Minor Amendment to the standards of the 40 West Planned Unit Development. The request involves one parcel totaling 1.7974 acres +/-, located at 205 West National Road in the City of Vandalia. The proposed Minor Amendment involves the standards for size and placement of wall signs. The application was submitted by Elevate Dental. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Vandalia Municipal Building located at 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. This meeting will contain a public hearing, and any interested members of the public may participate in said hearing. Members of the public unable to attend may submit letters, statements, documents, or other evidence for consideration by the Commission. Submitted items may be sent to permits@vandaliaohio.org, and must be received by 5:00 p.m. on January 26th, 2026. All such submittals are Public Record.
