PUBLIC MEETINGS Residents of the City of Hamilton are invited to attend public meetings conducted by the Finance Department - Neighborhood Development Division to gather input as we develop the five-year Consolidated Plan and FY 2027-2028 Annual Action Plan. The plans' purposes are to address community needs in the City of Hamilton as it relates to housing, economic development, public facility improvements, and public services when using Community Development Block Grant and/or HOME Investment Partnership funds as designated by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD).
