Public Notice: Invitation to Bid #26-18 City of Lebanon Farm Lease Program Sealed bids will be received by the City of Lebanon, Ohio, at the office of the City Manager, City Hall, 50 South Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio 45036, until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 10, 2026, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read, for a five (5) year farm lease agreement of approximately 57 crop acres owned by the City of Lebanon within the municipal corporation limits. Each bid must contain the full name of every person or company interested, their contact information, and the documents outlined herein. An official copy of the bid document is available for download at https://www.lebanonohio.gov/departments/finance/bids.php, or from the City Finance Department, Lebanon City Hall, 50 South Broadway, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any or all bids, to accept the entire bid or part it deems most favorable to the City after the bids have been examined and checked, subject to the approval of the City Manager. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Sealed Bid #26-18; City of Lebanon Farm Lease Program". No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after being publicly opened and read. 10-25/2026
