Public Notice Advertised on September 29, 2025 and October 6, 2025 Sealed bids will be received by the Tecumseh Local Schools Board of Education as provided in this notice for the Donnelsville Elementary Chiller Replacement Project. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Tecumseh Local Schools Board of Education, ATTN: Denise Robinson, Fiscal Officer, 9760 W. National Road, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344, and plainly marked on the outside "DONNELSVILLE ELEMENTARY CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 1:00 P.M., local time, October 23, 2025, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read. A pre-bid conference will be held on October 13, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. at Donnelsville Elementary School, 150 E. Main Street, Donnelsville, Ohio 45319. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. 9-29,10-6/2025
