Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Tecumseh Local Schools Board of Education, ATTN: Denise Robinson, Fiscal Officer, 9760 W. National Road, New Carlisle, Ohio 45344, and plainly marked on the outside "DONNELSVILLE ELEMENTARY CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT BID." Bids will be received until 1:00 P.M., local time, October 23, 2025, and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read. A pre-bid conference will be held on October 13, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. at Donnelsville Elementary School, 150 E. Main Street, Donnelsville, Ohio 45319. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates do not apply.
