Public Notice Butler County Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) Butler County's Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be available for public review from June 26, 2026, through July 25, 2026, on the County's website at bcohio.gov, by using the search bar, type "CAPER" and select "Action Plan & Report", or a hard copy can be picked up at the Butler County Department of Development - Community Development Division, located at 130 High Street, 6th floor, Hamilton Ohio. Comments or questions can be made regarding the CAPER until July 25, 2026 at 12 p.m. by emailing Olivia Linderman at Olivia.linderman@bcohio.gov. The CAPER outlines housing, community and economic development needs, priorities, strategies, and projects that have been addressed by Butler County with the funds that the County has received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which includes Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) funds.
