PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF HAMILTON "DRAFT" CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER) A Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on or about July 31, 2026. The CAPER includes data on the expenditures of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Funds from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026. Citizens can make a request for a copy of the "Draft" CAPER at the City of Hamilton, by contacting the Finance Department, Neighborhood Development Division at (513) 785-7020 or via email at dave.jones@hamilton-oh.gov from July 1, 2026 through July 16, 2026. Written comments concerning the CAPER should be made to the Attention of Dave Jones, Finance Department Director, at 345 High Street; Hamilton, OH 45011.
