PUBLIC NOTICE GDPM ANNUAL PLAN & CAPITAL FUND PLAN The Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority d/b/a Greater Dayton Premier Management (GDPM) has released its Draft FY 26 PHA Annual Plan and 5Y Capital Fund Program (CFP) Plan. GDPM invites the public to review and comment on the draft Plans and to attend a Public Hearing. The Plans can be found on GDPM's website at https://www.gdpm.org/ about/agency-plans/.
