PUBLIC NOTICE GDPM ANNUAL PLAN & CAPITAL FUND PLAN On February 27, 2026, the Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority d/b/a Greater Dayton Premier Management (GDPM) released its Draft FY 26 PHA Annual Plan and 5Y Capital Fund Program (CFP) Plan. GDPM reposted the Annual Plan on May 27, 2026. GDPM invites the public to review and comment on the draft Plans and to attend a Public Hearing. The Plans can be found on GDPM's website at https://www.gdpm.org/about/agency-plans/. Please submit any comments electronically to housingdevelopment@dmha.org by 4:00 PM, July 14, 2026.
