PUBLIC NOTICE In the Court of Common Pleas of Butler County, Ohio, Case No. CV 2026 02 0496, Southern Lease Management Group, LLC v. Dustin M. Buckner, Defendant. Dustin M. Buckner whose last known address is 206 Township Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45216 and who cannot be served, will take notice that on February 25, 2026, Plaintiff, Southern Lease Management Group, LLC, filed a Complaint for Possession of a 1 O' x 12' Lofted Barn, Serial No. PLBSF/IN3 209910 1012 032124 MR-BLACK, in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, Butler County, Ohio, Case No. CV 2026 02 0496, against Dustin M. Buckner, alleging that, on or about May 13, 2024, Dustin M. Buckner executed and delivered a Rental Agreement ("Contract"), in writing, in the original amount of $0.00; that Dustin M. Buckner is in default for all payments from May 13, 2024, until present; that, further, the balance due on the Contract is $1,265.39; that to secure the payment of the Contract, Dustin M. Buckner executed and delivered the Contract, as aforesaid, to Southern Lease Management Group, LLC, and thereby conveying, the following described properly: 10' x 12' Lofted Barn, Serial No. PLBSF/IN3 209910 1012 032124 MR-BLACK Located at 801 10th Ave, Middletown, OH 45044 and further alleging that the aforesaid Contract is a valid and subsisting first and best ownership upon said property, therefore, to have the 10' x 12' Lofted Barn, Serial No. PLBSF/IN3 209910 1012 032124 MR-BLACK repossessed; that the Defendant, Dustin M. Buckner, among others may have or claim to have some interest in or lien upon said property; that all of the Defendants are required to set forth any claim or interest in or upon the property that they may have or claim to have or be forever barred therefrom; that the Plaintiff demands possession of the 10' x 12' Lofted Barn, Serial No . PLBSF/IN3 209910 1012 032124 MR-BLACK; and for such other and further relief to which it may be entitled in equity or at law.
