Unknown Person in Possession of the 10' x 20' Utility Shed, Serial No. PUTX/IN5 84731 1020 051321 MR-CHARCOAL, whose last known address is 4317 Natchez Ave; Dayton, OH 45416, and who cannot be served, will take notice that on April 7, 2025, Plaintiff, Southern Lease Management Group, LLC, filed a Complaint for Possession of a 10' x 20' Utility Shed, Serial No. PUTX/IN5 84731 1020 051321 MR-CHARCOAL in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Montgomery County, Ohio, Case No. 2025-CV-02140, against Unknown Person in Possession of the 10' x 20' Utility Shed, Serial No. PUTX/IN5 84731 1020 051321 MR-CHARCOAL, alleging that, on or about May 10, 2021, Tiffany Renee Moon executed and delivered a Rental Agreement ("Contract"), in writing, in the original amount of $10,049.40; that Tiffany Renee Moon is in default for all payments from February 20, 2024 until present; that, further, the balance due on the Contract is $3,623.1 O; that to secure the payment of the Contract, Tiffany Renee Moon executed and delivered the Contract, as aforesaid, to Southern Lease Management Group, LLC, and thereby conveying, the following described property: 10' x 20' Utility Shed, Serial No. PUTX/IN5 84731 1020 051321 MR-CHARCOAL Located at 4317 Natchez Ave; Dayton, OH 45416 and further alleging that the aforesaid Contract is a valid and subsisting first and best ownership upon said property, therefore, to have the 10' x 20' Utility Shed, Serial No. PUTX/IN5 84731 1020 051321 MR-CHARCOAL repossessed; that the Defendant, Unknown Person in Possession of the 10' x 20' Utility Shed, Serial No. PUTX/IN5 84731 1020 051321 MR-CHARCOAL, among others, may have or claim to have some interest in or lien upon said property; that all of the Defendant are required to set forth any claim or interest in or upon the property that he, she, or it may have or claim to have or be forever barred therefrom; that the Plaintiff demands possession of the 10' x 20' Utility Shed, Serial No. PUTX/IN5 84731 1020 051321 MR-CHARCOAL; and for such other and further relief to which it may be entitled in equity or at law.
