Public Notice of Award Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Funding for 2026-2027 Warren County Community Services, Inc. CSBG Budget and Work Plan WCCS WARREN COUNTY Community Services Inc. The Ohio Department of Development Office of Community Assistance has allocated Warren County Community Services, Inc. Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funds for the 2026-2027 program years in the amount of $554,580. Half of the budget (approximately $277,290) will be used in 2026, with the remaining expended in 2027 to support the following costs each year: direct service staff salaries and fringe, office, program supplies and equipment, client assistance, travel, training, and development for staff and administrative support.
