LLC, 5815 Wall Street, Dublin, OH 43017 is conducting an open Outreach Meeting for interested section 3 qualified companies/individuals regarding participation opportunities for construction of 2 multi-family apartment buildings located at 2979 Olive Road, Trotwood, OH 45426. The Outreach Meeting will take place Tuesday November 11, 2025 from 1-3pm at Ruscilli's jobsite trailer located north of the jobsite.
