PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the requirements of 40 CFR 403.8 (f) (2) (vii), Ohio Revised Code Section 6111.03 (Q) (3), Ohio Administrative Code Section 3745-3-03 (C) (2) (g), the City of Dayton Industrial Pretreatment Program, and Dayton's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit, the City of Dayton must publish a list of Industrial Users that have been in significant noncompliance (SNC) with requirements of Dayton's Industrial Pretreatment Program. SNC is determined on a quarterly basis. This publication covers the four most recent completed quarters, encompassing the time period from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The following list - of Users in SNC in any quarter - is presented to fulfill this requirement: SNC FOR VIOLATION OF LIMITS (as below): None.
