PUBLIC NOTICE RE: PROPOSAL TO CONSTRUCT IN FLOODPLAIN Warren County Economic Development Department is accepting comments from the public for the following activity: FY25 City of South Lebanon Hobart Ave Improvement CDBG Project. The South Lebanon Project, is located along Hobart Avenue, between King Ave and Oeders Park in South Lebanon, OH 45065 and involves milling the existing pavement and repaving approximately 1,310 LF of Hobart Avenue. This includes approximately 0.75 acres within the floodplain. Information regarding these projects may be obtained from Warren County Economic Development, 406 Justice Drive, Suite 301, Lebanon, OH 45036 Monday through Friday 8 AM 4 PM. A 15-day comment period will commence upon publication of this notice.
