PUBLIC NOTICE This Public Notice is to inform the citizens of the Enon Community of a scheduled meeting of the Enon Board of Zoning Appeals on Wednesday evening, October 21, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at the Enon Government Center located at 363 East Main Street. A letter has been submitted to the Board from the property owner of 41 S. Pleasant Street. Village ordinance 1161.01 (R-2 district) requires a 20,000 sq. foot lot for construction of a building. The owner is requesting a lot size variance to build on a 10,000 sq. ft. lot. A second variance will also be considered. Village ordinance 116.01 (R-2 district) requires a 35' front setback for construction. The owner is requesting the front lot setback variance of 18'.
