Pursuant to Resolution Nos. R-25-55 and R-25-56 (the "Resolutions of Sufficiency") adopted by the City Council of the City of Franklin, Ohio (the "Council") on September 15, 2025, the Council will hold a public hearing on October 20, 2025 at City Council Chambers, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, Ohio 45005, the subject of which will be the Council's consideration of two separate applications (together, the "Applications") to add real property to the Franklin New Community Authority District (the "NCA District"). The first Application was jointly filed by the City, in its capacity as "developer" within the meaning of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 349 ("Developer"), and Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group Inc., in its capacity as the holder of an option to purchase the real property to be added. The second Application was filed by the City in both its capacity as Developer and owner of the real property to be added. The Applications would amend the original petition (the "Petition") that established the NCA District. The Resolutions of Sufficiency, the Applications, and the Petition are each on file in the Offices of the Clerk of Council, located at 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, Ohio 45005, and are available for inspection by interested persons during regular business hours. 9-29,10-6,10-13/2025
