Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the amount stated and payable to the order of the Owner. The Bid security shall be in the form of either A. A Bid Bond for the full amount of the Bid issued by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Ohio, or B. A certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit. Letter of credit shall be revocable only at the option of the Owner. The amount of the certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit shall be equal to ten (10%) percent of the bid. Bids may be held by the Warren County Airport Authority for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of evaluating bids prior to award of contract. The right is reserved, as the Warren County Airport Authority may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received.
