REQUEST FOR BOARD APPOINTMENTS WEST CHESTER TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION & BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The West Chester Township Board of Trustees is requesting that residents interested in serving on the West Chester Township Zoning Commission Board or Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) submit a letter of interest and resume to: West Chester Township Community Development Department Beverly Worley bworley@westchesteroh.org Applications will be accepted through Friday, January 9, 2026. Applicants must be a resident of West Chester Township. The Board of Trustees will appoint one member to fill an expired five-year term for each Board. The responsibilities of the Zoning Commission are described in Article 11 of the West Chester Township Zoning Resolution, and generally involve the review of requests for Zone Changes, Preliminary and Final Development Plans. The responsibilities of the BZA are described in Article 11 of the West Chester Township Zoning Resolution and generally involve the review of requests for variances, special exceptions, conditional uses, administrative appeals, and interpretations of the Zoning Resolution.
