SECTION 00 11 13 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids will be received by Board of Miami County Commissioners, c/o Janelle Barga, Clerk at 201 West Main Street, Troy, Ohio 45373, until September 25, 2025 at 1 :35 PM, at which time and place bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Bids received after September 25, 2025 at 1:35 PM will be returned unopened. Bids shall be for the furnishing of materials and the performance of labor necessary for the: 23054.01 Miami County Courthouse Renovations Phase 2 215 West Main Street Troy, Ohio, 45373 All in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Garmann / Miller & Associates, Inc., Minster, OH I Columbus, OH I Indianapolis, IN I Ft. Wayne, IN A Lump Sum bid for the project will be received. A prebid meeting will be held at 1 :30 PM on September 10, 2025 at 215 West Main Street. Meet at the Courthouse entry security check point. The pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. The facility will be open for inspection at this time. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond pursuant to Section 1305 of the Ohio Revised code in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany each bid; or a bid guaranty bond in accordance with Chapter 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100% of the total bid shall accompany each bid. Successful Bidders shall conform to the Ohio "Schedule of Prevailing Wages". Current prevailing wage rates are included in the Project Manual following section 00 73 43 Wage Rate Requirements.
