SUBMITTAL OF BUTLER COUNTY ACTION PLAN The Butler County Entitlement Program Action Plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the 2026 Program Year. The 2026 HUD Allocations have been announced, and Butler County's portion will be $2,107,345.32. Projects and programs selected are to meet the intent of providing decent housing, suitable living environments, and expanded economic opportunities, principally for persons of low and moderate income throughout Butler County and the City of Middletown.
