The board of County Commissioners, Butler County, Ohio is seeking proposals for the location of the Butler County Morgue. The location shall be within the City of Hamilton, Ohio. The space shall be 3,800 square feet in a secure structure which contains existing and adequate build out necessary for the expected normal business of a County Morgue facility. The location shall contain or allow for the build out of a cold storage unit, autopsy suites, a drive-in sally port and adigital in floor scale with up to 1,000 pound capacity. The desired lease shall be for multiple years, no more than two. Proposals will also be evaluated based upon the fair rental value of the space, and any build-out, relocation and operational costs that the county would expect to incur during the term of a lease for the space. Proposals may be submitted to the Butler County Commissioners office located on the 6th floor of the Government Service Building at 315 High Street in Hamilton, Ohio.
