The Board of Education of the Talawanda City School District is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Middle School Playground Project (the "Project"). To be considered, bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to consider invalid any bids not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions contained herein.
