The Clark County Board of Commissioners Additional Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of The Clark County Board of Commissioners, passed on July 30, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025, the question of: The Board of County Commissioners of Clark County proposes to levy an increase in the sales and use tax in the amount of 0.5% for the purpose of of constructing, operating, acquiring, equipping, or repairing a detention facility in the County, and paying debt service on bonds or notes to be issued for such purpose for a period of 20 years, commencing April 1, 2026. Shall the resolution of the Clark County Commissioners proposing a 0.5% increase in the sales and use tax be approved? The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. Precincts affected: All Precincts in Clark County 10-20/2025
