Ph: 614-644-3037 email: HClerk@epa.ohio.gov Hazardous Waste Facility Permit Action Veolia ES Technical Solutions LLC 4301 Infirmary Rd, West Carrollton, OH 45449 1278 ID #: OHD093945293 Date of Action: 08/01/2025 Notice is hereby given that on August 1, 2025, Ohio EPA issued final a renewal Hazardous Waste Facility Installation and Operation Permit (Permit) to Veolia ES Technical Solutions LLC, for its facility located at 4301 Infirmary Rd, West Carrollton, Ohio 45449, U.S. EPA Identification Number OHD093945293, Montgomery County. Veolia ES Technical Solutions LLC is a commercial waste management facility that is involved in the reclamation of industrial solvents, the blending and marketing of hazardous waste fuels, and the storage and transfer of waste not processed at the facility. The purpose of this permit is to allow Veolia ES Technical Solutions LLC to continue the following hazardous waste management activities: storage and treatment of hazardous waste and hazardous waste cleanup related actions. To issue this final Permit, Ohio EPA determined that the Permit application is complete and meets appropriate standards and that the applicant has a history of compliance with relevant environmental laws and demonstrates sufficient reliability, expertise, and competency. This authorization is subject to all rules, regulations, and specified conditions. Currently, the State of Ohio is not authorized by U.S. EPA to issue a permit for organic air emissions (40 CFR Part 264, Subparts AA, BB, and CC) from hazardous waste storage and treatment units. U.S. EPA has finalized a RCRA permit to address organic air emissions from hazardous waste storage and treatment units.
