To Peter Gizunterman, whose last known address is 1010 Walnut Street, Apt. 1715, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, you are hereby notified that you have been named as a defendant in a legal action filed within the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County, Ohio within Case Number 2025-CV-02479 entitled Community Trust Bank vs. Wilmington Trust, N.A., et al. The object of the Complaint filed on April 21, 2025 by Community Trust Bank, Inc., a Kentucky Banking Corporation ("Plaintiff") is to obtain a money judgment against you Peter Gizunterman as a result of your default of a certain commercial loan agreement attached to the Complaint as Exhibit A and to foreclose Plaintiff's mortgage lien against the real estate owned by East Pointe Apartments of Dayton LLC which is located at 743 Old Harshman Road, Dayton, Ohio 45431, Montgomery County Parcel Number I39-00113-0016 and being specifically described within Exhibits C and D attached to the Complaint ("Property") and force the Property to be sold at Sheriff Sale free and clear of any interests held by East Pointe Apartments of Dayton LLC, Peter Gizunterman and any other person holding an interest in the Property.
