Village of South Charleston Renewal Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Village Council of Village of South Charleston, passed on July 7, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2026, the question of: Shall the Ordinance providing for the continuation of an existing 0.25% levy on income for 9 years, commencing January 1, 2027, for for the care, supervision and control of public highways, streets, avenues, alleys, sidewalks, public grounds, bridges, aqueducts and viaducts within the Village of South Charleston be passed? The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on Election Day. Precincts affected: CHAS 1 10-23/2026
