BRITTNEY MYLON BARTEE (aka FETTERS), whose last known address was 152 Santa Clara Ave., Apt 4, Dayton, OH 45405, and whose current place of residence and whereabouts are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on June 22, 2023, DAVID JAMES GENTRY AND KIMBERLY ANN GENTRY, legal custodians, and TANYA NICHOLLE JUSTICE (and her spouse JOSEPH G. JUSTICE IV), legal custodian, filed their Petition for Adoption of NADIA MYLON BARTEE, Case No. 2023ADP00077, AUTUMN MARIE SZKUDLAREK, Case No. 2023ADP00076, and NEVAEH ANN BARTEE, Case No. 2023ADP00078 (Amended Petition for Adoption filed April 15, 2025), in the Probate Court, Montgomery County, Ohio, praying that they be permitted by order of the court, to adopt, as their own children, the following children: (1) NADIA MYLON BARTEE (whose date of birth is 08/23/2016), (2) AUTUMN MARIE SZKUDLAREK (whose date of birth is 05/06/2014), and (3) NEVAEH ANN BARTEE (whose date of birth is 04/07/2018) minors born at Dayton, Ohio, and that the names of the children be changed to the following: (1) LYANNA ELIZABETH GENTRY, (2) AUTUMN MARIE SZKUDLAREK GENTRY, and (3) CAISLEE NICHOLLE JUSTICE alleging among other things in said Petition that BRITTNEY MYLON BARTEE (FETTERS), the natural mother, has failed without justifiable cause, to provide more than de minimis contact with the minors or to provide for the maintenance and support of the minors as required by law or judicial decree for a period of at least one (1) year preceding the filing of the Adoption Petition. "A final decree of adoption, if granted will relieve you of all parental rights and responsibilities, including the right to contact the minor, and except with respect to a spouse of the adoption petitioner and relatives of that spouse, terminate all legal relationships between the minor and you and the minor's other relatives, so that the minor thereafter is a stranger to you and the minor's former relatives for all purposes. If you wish to contest the adoption, you must file an objection to the petition within fourteen days after proof of service of notice of the filing of the petition and of the time and place of hearing is given to you. If you wish to contest the adoption, you must also appear at the hearing." A final decree of adoption may be entered if you fail to file an objection to the adoption petition or appear at the hearing.
