CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Kettering City Council in Council Chambers at the City of Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. regarding Case # P.C. 26-006 a request for a Zoning Text Amendment to amend various sections of the City of Kettering Zoning Code. The Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding P.C. 26-006 on April 20, 2026 and hereby submits its recommendation to City Council that the requested zoning text amendments be approved.
