PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON CITY COUNCIL The Lebanon City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio to consider approving a contract to form and govern the Hamilton Township City of Lebanon Joint Economic Development District. Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views and submit evidence and/or written comments. The following documents are on file for public inspection: (1) a copy of the contract, including the economic development plan; (2) a description of the area to be included in the district, including a map in sufficient detail to denote the specific boundaries of the area; and (3) an income tax schedule. These documents may be reviewed in the office of the City Auditor at 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon Ohio 45036 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
