CITY OF KETTERING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Kettering City Council in Council Chambers at the City of Kettering Government Center, South Building, 3600 Shroyer Road, Kettering, Ohio on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. regarding Case # P.C. 26-010 a request for Rezoning of 3700/3750 Far Hills Avenue & 3775 Shroyer Road and Pattern District Redesignation for 3700/3750 Far Hills Avenue. The Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding P.C. 26-010 on June 15, 2026 and hereby submits its recommendation to City Council that the requested amendments to the Official Zoning Map and Pattern District Maps be approved.
