LEGAL NOTICE OF FY 2025 HUD "CAPER" COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING. The City of Middletown, as directed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), has completed a performance report for Program Year 2025 (May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026). This report, the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER), includes projects undertaken through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program in program year 2025. CAPER information will be available to the public for review online at www.cityofmiddletown or the city building in the Community and Economic Development Department, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio as well as at MidPointe Library, 125 S Broad Street, Middletown and the Event Center, 3907 Central Avenue, Middletown. The required minimum 15-day public comment period will start on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 and run through Thursday, July 16, 2026. In addition, a public meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 15 at 11:00am in Conference Room 3C, One Donham Plaza, Middletown Ohio 45042 to receive comments regarding the CAPER. Members of the public are invited to speak at this meeting.
