CITY OF KETTERING, OHIO LEGAL NOTICE 2026 Display Lane Improvements (PROJECT #02-293) The below listed property owners are hereby notified that on the 23rd day of September 2025, the Council of the City of Kettering, Ohio, duly passed Resolution No. 11338-25 which declared the necessity to repair curbs, sidewalks and drive approaches as part of the Display Lane Improvements Project (Project Number 02-293). Under this resolution and the requirements of Ohio law, you are required to repair the sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and related appurtenances abutting your property at the above listed address in accordance with the plans and specifications now on file in the office of the Clerk of Council of the City of Kettering. If you choose not to do this work, or if the construction or repairs are not completed within 30 days after publication of this notice, the City of Kettering will cause that work to be done and the entire cost assessed against your property as provided by law.
