CITY OF KETTERING PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Commission in Council Chambers of the Kettering Government Center, 3600 Shroyer Rd. Kettering OH 45429, on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. for approval of a Zoning Map Amendment. This case (PC-26-005) has been requested to rezone multiple parcels throughout the city to meet strategic land use goals established in the Kettering Comprehensive Plan. These include zoning parcels to coincide with land use designations in the Comprehensive Plan, Re-establish the base zoning for Economic Development overlay zones and zone parcels without an existing zoning category. Zoning more than 10 parcels of land require the time, date, place of hearing and description to be published in accordance with Section 1153.04 of the Kettering Zoning Code. Interested persons may appear and voice their opinion with respect to the proposed application. The application is available for review in the Planning and Development Department.
