PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON PLANNING COMMISSION The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone 0.1-acres located at 4 Oakwood Avenue, parcels 1206426013 & 1206426017 from Residential One-C (R-1C) to Neighborhood Commercial PUD (NC PUD). This rezoning is to allow for the appropriate zoning for the property based on the historical use of the building.
