CITY OF SOUTH LEBANON PUBLIC HEARING LEGAL NOTICE Please be advised that a public hearing will be held by the City of South Lebanon Planning Commission on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the South Lebanon Municipal Building, 10 N. High Street, South Lebanon, Ohio, 45065, to address the following issue: Zoning Upon Annexation: 1) From R-1 Single Family Residence (unincorporated zoning, Hamilton Township) to the R-3-Single & Multi Family District for Drees Homes (Applicant) for the properties known as 1) 5274 Zoar Road (108.9323 acres, Parcel ID 13-31-400-041 & 13-31-400-034); and 2) property along Zoar Road (47.0867 acres, Parcel ID 13-25-300-001). Upon review and recommendation by the Planning Commission, the matter will be forwarded to the City Council for further action. The public record is available for inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at the South Lebanon Municipal Building.
