LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Monroe Planning Commission on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio. The Planning Commission will consider an application for Zoning Map Amendment from Glass Coating & Concepts LLC, 300 Lawton Ave, Monroe, OH 45050. The applicant seeks approval regarding a zone change of their property, approximately 8.64 acres, at 300 Lawton from L-I Light Industrial to H-I Heavy Industrial. The public may appear at the public hearing, be heard, and submit evidence and written comments with respect to the application. Monroe will provide assistance to persons with disabilities, needing interpreters, other auxiliary aids, and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours in advance of the meeting by contacting the Development Department at 513-539-7374.
