CONTRACT #26-34 Removal and Disposal of Biosolids for Department of Infrastructure City of Hamilton, Ohio Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of Hamilton, One Renaissance Center, 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011, for providing the following services, until two (2) o'clock PM Local Time on the 2nd day of September, 2026, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the One Renaissance Center 1st Floor Lobby: Division I Remove and appropriately land apply approximately 2,800 tons of lime-stabilized biosolids, annually, as described in the Detailed Specifications. Division II Remove and dispose of approximately 6,300 tons of dewatered biosolids in a sanitary landfill, annually, as described in the Detailed Specifications. Division III Provide services for both Division I and Division II. Copies of the bid documents may be view or obtained from the Purchasing Agent, 345 High St., Hamilton, Ohio 45011 during regular business hours, or by query at the City's web- site www.hamiltoncity.org, click on "Services" then "Bids & Quotes", or directly at the Bid Express Website at: www.bidexpress.com. Registration with Bid Express is free and allows for the Bidder to review, download, and print all bid documents. In order to arrange a site visit please contact citypurchasing@hamilton-oh.gov.
