Moore, Deceased, and all persons claiming by, through, or under them, Addresses Unknown, will take notice that they have been named as defendants by Plaintiff Pamela Boratyn, Director of the Ohio Department of Transportation, who instituted Case No. CV 2026 06 1445 now pending in the Common Pleas of Butler County, Ohio, which is an action to appropriate certain property for highway purposes, namely the making, constructing, repairing or improving of State Route 752, Section 6.35, Butler County, and to fix the value of said property. Grantor/Owner, for himself and his heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, reserves all existing rights of ingress and egress to and from any residual area (as used herein, the expression "Grantor/Owner" includes the plural, and words in the masculine include the feminine or neuter). Situate in SE¼Section 33, Township 5 North, Range 1 East, Miami River Survey, in the Township of Oxford, County of Butler, State of Ohio, and being part of a 2.8750 acre tract of land as conveyed to Ronald E. Moore, Michael C. Moore, and Gina Maria Cuff by general warranty deed recorded in Official Record Book 8638, page 2226 (all references to deeds, microfiche, plats, surveys, etc. refer to the records of the Butler County Recorder's Office, unless noted otherwise) and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Being a parcel of land lying on the right side of the centerline of right of way of Stillwell Beckett Road as determined by a survey for the BUT-732-6.35 project made by Woolpert, Inc. and recorded in Plat Book, page, of the Butler County, Ohio Recorder's Office and being located in the following described boundary being more particularly described as follows: Commencing for reference at the northeast corner of said 2.8750 acre tract of land and the northwest corner of a 1.0000 acre tract of land as conveyed to Richard A. The stations and offsets of the above description are measured from the existing centerline of right of way for Stillwell Beckett Road. The bearings shown hereon are based on an adjusted field survey of the centerline of State Route 732 from Station 335+27.52 to Station 340+48.12, using local RTK and conventional total station methods from VRS derived from ODOT CORS stations, resulting in a bearing of S32°08'44"E.
