Form No. 124 Prescribed by the Secretary of State (01/2026) Notice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten Mill Limitation R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 - - - - - - - - - Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Members of Governing Board of Mental Health Recovery Board Serving Warren and Clinton Counties, Ohio, passed on the 10th day of June, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be a renewal of a tax of 1 mills for the benefit of Mental Health Recovery Board Serving Warren and Clinton Counties for the purpose of current expenses at a rate not exceeding 1 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $16 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years. The estimated annual collections of this levy is $7,677,198. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.
