Form No. 124 Prescribed by the Secretary of State (01/2026) Notice of Election on Tax Levy in Excess of the Ten Mill Limitation R.C. 3501.11(G), 5705.19, 5705.25 - - - - - - - - - Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Warren County of Lebanon, Ohio, passed on the 21st day of July, 2026, there will be submitted to a vote of the people at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 3rd day of November, 2026 the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation, which shall be a renewal of a tax of 1.21 mills for the benefit of Warren County for the purpose of providing or maintaining senior citizens services at a rate not exceeding 1.21 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $22 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years. The estimated annual collections of this levy is $9,016,446. The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.
