NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a petition filed and certified by the Board of Elections, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of the Village of New Lebanon, Precinct PNLB, at the General Election to be held on November 3, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following questions: Shall the sale of Beer, Wine and Mixed Beverages and Spiritous Liquor be permitted by AL Post 762, an applicant for a D-4 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of private veterans organization at 519 E.
