Form No. 126 Prescribed by Secretary of State (09-17) Notice of Election on Proposition R.C. 3501.11 (G) Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Education of Franklin City School District, passed on the 21st day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of Franklin City School District at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025 the question of: Shall an annual income tax of 1 per cent on the school district income of individuals and of estates be imposed by Franklin City School District, for a continuing period of time, beginning January 1, 2026, for the purpose of current expenses?
