Form No. 126 Prescribed by Secretary of State (09-17) Notice of Election on Proposition R.C. 3501.11 (G) Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Board of Education of Kings Local School District passed on the 22nd day of July, 2025, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of Kings Local School District at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 2025 the question of: Shall an annual income tax of 1 per cent on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by Kings Local School District, for a continuing period of time, beginning January 1, 2026, for the purpose of current expenses, and shall the rate of an existing tax on property, currently levied for the purpose of current expenses at the rate of 6.4 mills, be REDUCED to 5.4 mills until such time as the income tax is repealed?
