Said Complaint demands judgment against you that (a) the title to the real property located at 432-432.5 E. Southern Ave., Springfield, OH 45505 (Clark County, OH Auditor's PPN: 340-07-00034-418-031) ("Property") be found solely in Plaintiff's name; (b) that Plaintiff's title to the Property be quieted as against said Defendants; (c) that all Defendants be required to set up their interests, or be forever barred; (d) that Plaintiff recover its costs of this action; and (e) that Plaintiff be awarded such other legal and equitable relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.
