Solle LEGAL NOTICE The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Ella Louise Guy, whose current addresses are unknown, will take notice that on September 12, 2025, the Plaintiff, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of Arugula Funding Titling Trust, filed its Complaint in Case No. 2025 CV 05111, in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 4631 Belcourt Drive, Dayton, OH 45417, Permanent Parcel No. G27 24604 0005,("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Ella Louise Guy are required to answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last date of publication of this notice.
